On the following pages you will find specifications and “openings” for each of the available tools. The model LSI 200 is available as shown with various blade configurations. (Depending on blades models 220 (6” blades), 230 (straight w/hook tips), 235 (straight w/spreading tips), 240 (10” straight blades) etc). These models feature a manual “dial” control on the tool for opening and closing the blades.
The model 400E is available only with the 5” (125 mm) opening curved blades. The 400E however is a heavier tool, with thicker mechanical components, aluminum housing with steel bottom and highly reliable electric push button switches on the tool for opening and closing. The model 600E is the same as the 400E however with an all steel body, for even rougher, high frequency use. The special model 600 is the same all steel body however with no control or switch on the tool. It is designed for mounting on some type of fixture where the activation can be done remotely. |

All models operate from a remote hydraulic power pack operating to a maximum of approx. 7500 PSI. Please note that for those models with electric push button control the pump must have an electric operated valve. We offer a complete package of tool with hose and suitable pump. All of the above tools are specifically designed as scrap and demolition cutters for the recycling industry, suitable for rough usage and high frequency operation. The “LSI” recycling tools have been reinforced mechanically for long life, the available electric push button controls offer high frequency reliability, plus we have reduced the working pressure from 10000 PSI (rescue tools) to 7500 PS for less wear and tear and greater cylinder and seal life. |
