For use with hydraulic excavators we recommend our hydraulic driven DYNASET magnet power and control system for 230VDC as described on the brochure below. It is sold as a complete package i.e. generator, control, pressure compensator, solenoid valve, priority valve, and push buttons.  The only extras required would be magnet cable for running up the boom, plus necessary hydraulic hoses from the excavator to the DYNASET (usually two) and miscellaneous wiring to complete the installation.  We can also provide complete installation services for the DYNASET.

GENSCO GSX Series
Single Shaft Shredders

This line of "single shaft shredders" has been designed to effectively reduce the size of electric cables, plastic, textile, woven material, rubber and metal,to a uniform size shred. The final size of the shredded material depends on the screens installed on the outfeed which may vary to meet individual customer requirements. The shredder is made up of a top-loading hopper (where the material to be shredded is fed into the machine). This is connected to a cutting unit which includes a hydraulic pusher and a series of rotary and fixed blades which effectively reduce the size of the infeed material. The outfeed shredded material falls into the discharge area where a mechanical belt conveyor (OPTIONAL) or an auger (OPTIONAL) can be supplied to take the shredded material away. All operations are carried out from a control console.  Several models to choose from based on material and desired throughput.  Machines are wired for three phase voltage to suit customers requirement.
