Lukas Portable Industrial Cutting Tools
All LSI Series models operate from a remote hydraulic power pack operating to a maximum of approx. 7500 PSI. Please note that for those models with electric push button control the pump must have an electric operated valve. We offer a complete package of tool with hose and suitable pump.
All of the above tools are specifically designed as scrap and demolition cutters for the recycling industry, suitable for rough usage and high frequency operation. The LSI recycling tools have been reinforced mechanically for long life, the available electric push button controls offer high frequency reliability, plus we have reduced the working pressure from 10000 PSI (rescue tools) to 7500 PSI for less wear and tear and greater cylinder and seal life.
In the highly industrialised countries there is an increasing requirement to recycle old products or to dispose of them as environment friendly as possible. LUKAS offers a range of hydraulic cutters specially designed for all kind of dismantling work on this field

LSI 200M Series
Manual Star Grip Twist Valve
The LSI 200 is the ideal cutter for mobile application in scrap yards, construction sites sites or in buildings. Can also be used for cutting work under water.
Highlights include: Light weight, precise thumb operation in any working position through unique LUKAS Star grip valve, regrindable blades, can be optionally equipped with blades in different shapes, highly durable sliding plates, dirt protection.

The LSI 400E is a Lightweight cutter with aluminium cylinder body for high cutting frequency and mobile application. The tool is hand operated: Simply press push buttons to open or to close the blades.

Complete with 12" hose pair, electric control cable. Opening and closing of the cutter blades is controlled by solenoid valves on the power unit. Those valves are switched by the operator via remote control buttons on the tool.

Heavy Duty - Manual or Electric Activation
The LSI "Monster" 500 is a very rugged cutter with steel cylinder body for high cutting frequency and mobile application. Double the cutting force of the other tools. The tool is hand operated: Simply press push buttons to open or to close the blades.
Highlights include: Long service life, Extremely long lasting, regrindable blades, requires only a minimum of maintenance, twice the cutting force of standard tools
Recommended application:
Cutting work in an production line
Recycling of scrap ferrous metal, cars, etc.
Complete 12" hose pair, optional electric control cable. Opening and closing of the cutter blades is controlled by solenoid valves on the power unit. Those valves are switched by the operator via remote control buttons on the tool.
