SINCRO "EKO" Series Wire Processors


Affordable - Great Performance - Compact Size

Sincro "Eko" Processing System (Meets most budgets, for a small processor, common household wire and cable with very low plastic, fibre or dirt waste content)  The compact SINCRO “Eko” is designed to process small Cu./Al. cable.  Wire is generally pre-sorted into similar conductor sizes prior to feeding these units. Pre-processing by way of pre-cutting into short lengths or shredding is highly recommend to allow for faster and safer operation. The Sincro “Eko” consists of a primary infeed granulator with direct transport to a vibratory air sifting separation table and a small dust bag. 99% recovery of clean Cu. or Al. material leaves the machine in one direction where lighter waste is moved away from the machine by way of an adjustable air control system. Although the Sincro "Eko" meets most company budgets, it is not designed for wire and cable that has a high content of dirt, foam, paper, rubber or fibre.

Sincro Processing System (Meets most budgets, for small-large processors, all types of wire and cable)
The SINCRO (formerly "C") is designed to process most common Copper/Aluminum cable, including large conductors.  Pre-sorted wire based on conductor size can be fed directly into this system.  Pre-processing by way of pre-cutting or shredding is highly recommend to allow for faster and safer operation. Shredding allows for better maintenance and longevity of the machine wear parts.  The Sincro consists of a primary infeed granulator with pneumatic transport to a vibratory air sifting separation table.  99% recovery of clean Cu. or Al. material leaves the machine in one direction where lighter waste is moved away from the machine by way of an adjustable air control system.  The Sincro has been designed for cable that may contain dirt, foam, paper, rubber or fibre.  A dust control and collection system is included with all Sincro systems.

SINCRO "WIRE MILL" Cable Processor

The newest compact processing plant series is the SINCRO MILL. Designed to simultaneously process Al. or Cu. fine wire & rigid copper cables without any pre-sorting.  The Sincro Mill is a fully integrated system that includes a primary granulator, a zig-zag separator, a high speed refining mill and a vibratory air separating table to ensure 99% separation at the end of the process.
Heavy granular coming from plugs, connectors, rigid copper wire, are separated directly from the zig-zag, while very thin wire is reduced further by the refiner, improving the quality of separation and reducing the loss of metal in the plastic.

An additional aspiration system can be added to recover any fines loss for 100% recovery. A dust control and collection system is included with all Sincro Mill systems. Require a Pre-Shredder to meet production.

Recover 100% from Tailings & Fines loss

Gensco offers Guidetti's New RECO-MILL®, a solution to recover all copper or aluminum fines lost or trapped with plastic, waste or contaminated with metals.

The RECO-MILL® can be set up on its own or within an existing system, combined with any granulation and separation plant.  A feed hopper can except hand fed or conveyored tailings or waste with fines, further refining the material and sending to the separation plant.

Tailings with copper or aluminum will not be a problem anymore.  100% recovery is possible with the RECO MILL!

Sincro "WIRE PRO" Processing Systems

The Wire Professional Line is composed of component systems that make up a processing line desinged for thoughput capacities over 2000 lbs/hr.  The system includes a pre-shredder, rasper (secondary-shredder), granulator and two zig-zag separators. The system has been designed to process and recover Cu. & Al. from cables and radiators.

These environmentally friendly component systems are fully soundproofed, lowest sound levels in the industry, coupled with the smallest machine footprint for compact installations of their size. The WIRE Pro has been designed for cable that may contain dirt, foam, paper, rubber, paper or fibre. A dust control and collection system can be included with all systems. High-cutting capacity and air-cooled, these systems work with the lowest energy consumption. Sincro PMG Cable Pre-Shredders


Single Shaft Wire and Cable Shredders

Gensco offers PMG Single Shaft Cable Shredders designed for “HIGH CUTTING EFFICIENCY”, thanks to the developement of shaft power and torque, uniform material sizing, material conveying and magnetic separation, etc.  PMG shredders are designed to process a varierty of materials: Electric cable with either copper or aluminium conductor, non-ferrous metals, rubber, plastic, wood, composite materials, paper, etc.

The production capacity ranges from 600 to 7000 lbs/hr,

PMG shredders include take away conveyor belts equipped with standard magnetic pulley and optional magnetic overband. Required to remove metal and avoid damage for further grinding processes. Shredders are available in different sizes, depending on the wire processing system it is feeding. Integrated PLC designed to interconnect with any granulation plant to control feed.

Gensco Wire Processing Auxiliary Equipment


Gensco offers a complete line of auxiliary equipment and accessories necessary for easy material handling, preparation and automation. Small systems or large plants, we can supply the equipment needed.

Conveyor Belts:
The Conveyor Belts for transporting clean or waste material such as copper granules or tailings away from machinery.

Magnetic Belts (OVERBELT)
With or without stands, automatically remove small ferrous pieces from mixed non-magnetic material (foundry sand, coal, lignite, various minerals, clinker, garbage, fertilizer, etc.).  

Dosing Conveyors:
The dosing conveyor stores pre-shred material for a continuous and constant feeding into mills (Turbo), hammer-mills, separators, etc. The continuous feeding and the accumulation of pre-shred material allow the machines to work efficiently, getting the maximum production and quality out of the downstream.

Vibrating screens:
Vibrating screens and separators segregate dry material into various particle sizes ranging from 51 mm to 0,033 mm (400 mesh).
Easy to install, can separate particles in 1 to 5 sizes in a single pass.

Air filtration systems:
Complete centralized air filtration systems for dust collection.  Self-standing in plant or elsewhere.
