Sincro "Eko" meets most small wire recycling system budgets. Its compact system recover’s 99% of copper or aluminum from household wire with low plastic, fiber, or dirt content.

Wire should be pre-sorted into similar conductor sizes before feeding. Pre-cutting into short lengths or shredding is recommended for faster and safer operation.

Sincro “Eko” has four main components:

1. Primary infeed granulator
2. Vibratory air sifting separation table fed directly form the granulator
3. Small dust bag
4. Adjustable air control system that separates lighter waste from the copper or aluminum.

Sincro Pro industrial aluminum and copper recycling granulator and separator meets most budgets, for small to large processors for all types of wire and cable (including large conductors).

Pre-sorted wire based on conductor size can be fed directly into this system.  Pre-cutting or shredding is recommended for faster and safer operation. It will also improve the life span of the machine's wear-parts. 

Sincro Pro-C has a primary infeed granulator with pneumatic transport to a vibratory air sifting separation table. Cu or Al leave one side of the machine by way of the adjustable air system, waste and lighter tailings are sent away from the machine. 

This system is made for cable that may contain dirt, foam, paper, rubber, or fiber. A self-standing dust control and collection system is included.

The latest compact processing plant series is the SINCRO MILL. It processes Al or Cu fine wire and rigid copper cables all at once without any pre-sorting. 

The SINCRO MILL includes a primary granulator, a zigzag separator, a high-speed refining mill and a vibratory air separating table. Aluminum and Copper wire recovery rates range between 99%-100%.

Heavy granular plugs, connectors, and rigid copper wire are separated directly from the zigzag. Very thin wire is reduced further by the refiner. This improves the quality of separation and reduces the loss of metal in plastic.

An additional aspiration system can be added to recover any fines loss for 100% recovery.

*A Pre-Shredder is required to meet production.

Meet the new RECO-MILL®

Recover ALL copper or aluminum fines that are lost or trapped in plastic or waste or mixed with other metals.

RECO-MILL® can be set up on its own or added to any granulation and separation plant. A feed hopper accepts tailings and waste with fines by hand or conveyer. It then further refines the material before sending it to the separation plant.

Tailings with copper or aluminum will not be a problem anymore.

Conveyor Belts:

Transports clean or waste material such as copper granules or tailings away from machinery.

Magnetic Belts (Over-Belt):

Magnetic Belts come with or without stands. They remove small ferrous pieces from mixed non-magnetic material (foundry sand, coal, lignite, various minerals, clinker, garbage, fertilizer, etc.).  

Dosing Conveyors:

Stores pre-shred material for a continuous and constant feeding into mills (Turbo), hammermills, separators, etc. This allows machines to work more efficiently, getting the maximum production and quality out of the downstream.

Vibrating screens and Separators:

Segregate dry material into various particle sizes ranging from 51 mm to 0,033 mm (400 mesh).
