Metal Chip Briquette Machinery

Metal crushers, shredders, centrifuges, and briquette presses offer several advantages: optimizing storage and minimizing transportation costs through volume reduction of turnings or chips.

Processing these metals by means of a centrifuge before briquetting, maximizes recovery of expensive cooling lubricants, transmission oils, and emulsions, which can be collected by way of reservoirs or tanks and then fed back into the lubrication circuits. The resulting material can be simply densified into a small dry chip or briquette. These will eventually be smelted down in a melting process and will create less slag formation and burn-off in the process.

To eliminate stringers or nesting, long and bulky turnings can be reduced by way of a crushing or shredding system. These specifically designed systems can reject small or large parts including carbide bits from entering downstream systems like centrifuges, ring mills, and balers/briquettingShow More

Metal Turnings Crusher - TTC SERIES

Metal Chip Crushing Machine
Metal Turnings Crusher Cutting Chamber
Crushed Metal Chip Sampling

shred long/coiled metal shavings (stringers)

Different shapes, nests, compositions, and characteristics make long and coiled metal bulky and difficult to manage. TTC Series'powerful hydraulic motor makes it suitable for processing, particularly tough materials.

Chips loaded into the hopper are dismembered by a hooked arm for pre-shredding then conveyed to a grinding point. The groun… Show More

Turnings Centrifuge - FC Series

Centrifuge for metal chips
Custom centrifuge

Recover costly machine tool and CNC cooling lubricant

The FC series centrifuges metal (ferrous and non-ferrous) turnings, to recover the cooling lubricant that attaches to them during machining or CNC manufacturing.

Capacities:

  • Turnings, not exceeding 2 cm. or 3/4” long
  • Recovery can be up to 1.5% of content's weight (dependin… Show More

Compact Centrifuge and Crushing Combination Series

Combination Metal Chip Crusher and Centrifuge
Metal Turning Bins

Recover machine tool and CNC tooling lubricant with maximum efficiency

This series combines TTC Crusher and FC Centrifuge in a compact single unit with a small footprint. Small to medium bins of long and coiled turnings, containing coolant, are fed into the crushing hopper and then conveyed to the centrifuge. The recovered coolant is stored in a self-contained tank.

No install necessary… Show More
