KAJ RB Stationary Rail Breaker Machine

Unlike any other railroad breaker equipment on the market, the KAJ RB is specifically designed to cut railroad track of high tensile strength quickly, efficiently, and with precision. Designed for all current Vignol rails up to 136RE*, profile, size S7* to UIC 60 / 60 UNI. The KAJ RB rail cutting machine features a fully automatic infeed system which draws rail into the breaking section.

Completely enclosed hydraulic cylinder, producing a breaking force of 300kNm, heavily constructed frame, specially designed jaw with top/bottom cutting blades for rail breaking. This rail cutter features Certified HARDOX steel for wear resistance to the toughest material and environment.
