For Medium-Sized Enterprises

With the DigiPunch 160, Novopress offers a new class of busbar punching performance for medium-sized enterprises.

Wherever manual punches are insufficient and CNC-controlled machines are too costly, the DigiPunch 160 is the ideal mid-size solution.

It significantly reduces manufacturing time and cost, at a very modest investment compared to CNC punches. The very practical configuration with digital metering in X/Y axis and complete conveyors enables very efficient and flexible busbar manufacturing.

All necessary components except power pack and work cylinder are included in delivery.

The LCD measuring system works on a permanent battery basis. 

Punch and die are interchangeable by quick lock mechanism within 20 sec. The solid die-holder enables progressive punching for oblong and slotted wholes.

We offer a large assortment of punching dies, especially matched with the needs of the electrical industry.

NEAR EXACT BENDS REGARDLESS OF SPRING-BACK AND THICKNESS

 

The BGD5eco and BGD5.1 are outstanding examples of automated benders. Both feature digital angle entry with automatic springback compensation. Entering an angle gives you an almost exact bend regardless of spring-back and thickness of material.

 

They are ideal for production for repetitive angles and fast production applications.

 

The BGD5.1 takes it many steps further. A moveable stop device allows you to enter the required leg length, plus the memory can store various bend shapes that can include leg lengths and angles. They can be easily recalled as the machine runs through the sequence of bends and lengths.

 

Design work can be done in the office through the NOVOBEND software and transferred to the BGD5.1
